Mr. Ball made a motion to approved the requests for extension on <br /> the disposal construction permits for 140 Walton Heath Way, 89 <br /> Horseshoe Bend Way and 94 West Way. Mr. Doherty seconded the <br /> motions. Motions passed. <br /> 6. Request for New Food Establishment License: Fountain of Juice <br /> Ms. Warden stated that this is an existing business under new <br /> management. It is solely a transfer of ownership. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked what it had been before the transfer of <br /> ownership. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that it was the same business. The previous <br /> owner had a baby and was too busy. She sold the company. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the new owner was in the process of <br /> taking the ServSafe class. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the request for a new food <br /> establishment license for Fountain of Juice. Mr. Doherty <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 7. Request for New Food Establishment License: Michael's 11 <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that the current owner of <br /> Michael's is selling out. He is staying as the head chef and <br /> ServSafe person in charge. He doesn't want to own or run the <br /> business anymore. He is now just an employee. Nothing else has <br /> changed. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the request for a new food <br /> establishment license for Michael's II. Mr. Doherty seconded that <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 8. Request for New Commercial Trash Hauler's License: One Point <br /> Home Curators <br /> Ms. Warden began by stating that this company will be operating <br /> out of New Seabury. There has been quite a call for trash haulers <br /> in that area. They have followed all of the protocol and are all set <br /> with Bill Fedemer at the Upper Cape Regional Transfer Station. <br /> They have submitted their $1000.00 surety bond and informed <br /> 4 <br />
