This plan was revised and the <br /> reserve area was moved. That was a legitimate point. It was moved from <br /> where it was originally because they were not building a boathouse. <br /> Mr. Ball reiterated that he made the motion to approve the request for a <br /> variance using an I/A system for the lot itself. Mr. Santos seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> 6. Emergency Repair Certification <br /> 149 Meetinghouse Road <br /> Ms. Warden indicated that the leach pit was full into the risers. The intent <br /> is to install two 500-gallon leaching chambers with 4' of stone and a new <br /> D-box. The abutting well (Hendricks) location must be verified. <br /> The Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> 24 Starboard Lane <br /> Ms. Warden indicated that the leach pit was full. The intent is to install <br /> two 500-gallon dry wells with 4' of stone and a new D-box. The abutting <br /> well at number 30 Starboard Lane needs distance verification. Ms. <br /> Warden stated that she just realized the old master plan should delineate <br /> 100' between wells and septics. Everyone is tied in with the exception of <br /> the house on the right, which is number 30 Starboard Lane. There is 130' <br /> between the abutting well and the proposed repair. A 20' variance will be <br /> required. This is the one that Ms. Warden had called Mr. Doherty about. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that this was an emergency certification. The system <br /> failed. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve a variance for the approximate 20' <br /> from the abutting well at house number 30 of Starboard lane. Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> The Board Members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency <br /> Certification form. <br /> 16 <br />
