That was per her recommendation because she included repairs <br /> to the wells. The finance committee came down and requested that we <br /> explain the funding for that account. She feels that the BOH could <br /> request an r.f.p. for repairs to the wells will may reduce the amount that <br /> Woodward and Curran are proposing. <br /> Mr. Santos stated that the shallow gas vents they really don't have a <br /> problem with. But, when you get stuck hitting sand you can't sample <br /> water. They usually have an issue. If that is something that they are <br /> going to come back and make us fix it. They we are going to have to go <br /> in front of the Selectmen and the Town Administrator and advise them <br /> that they are going to be in violation with the DEP. The DEP is going to <br /> fine you every day.
