Glenn Santos and Veronica <br /> Warden. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING: IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. John Doherty, Chairman <br /> 1. Sign Warrants. <br /> Warrants signed. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes of March 7. 2002 (If available.) <br /> Minutes not available for approval. <br /> 3. Request from Atlantic Disposal (Julie Latin!) to release Trash Hauler's <br /> Bond. <br /> Ms. Warden began by stating that she was reviewing this request with <br /> the tax collector. They realized that they haven't held a permit since <br /> 1998 and they never requested a return of their bond money. She <br /> contacted them and requested that they forward a letter to the Boardof <br /> Health requesting they release the bond. <br /> Mr. Ball asked how much it came out to. <br /> Ms. Warden was unsure what the total was. To be honest with them, she <br /> believes that the way the bond requirement is written they needed to <br /> write a letter to release the bond and that includes the escrow. <br /> Mr. Ball motioned torelease the bond and all escrow accrued currently <br /> held by the Town of Mashpee, Board of Health to Ms. Julie Latin! d/b/a <br /> Atlantic Disposal. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 4. Massage Facility Variance Request- Health First Chiropractic, Joshua <br /> Lindauer, D.C. <br /> Dr. Joshua Lindauer was present regarding this variance request. He <br /> began by stating he delivers chiropractic services. He has an office in <br /> Hyannis. He recently expanded to the Mashpee area. He came and <br /> applied for and received all of his permits for a massage facility as well <br /> as the chiropractic portion of the office. He received a letter from Mr. <br />
