He . <br /> would like an approval for the leaching area as they originally submitted. <br /> They have had some delays and they need to send it to the state. They <br /> can't submit it to the state with the BOH approval. Those tenants that are <br /> pending occupancy of the units, without state approval, cannot afford a <br /> delay of another two weeks. They will leave it as it is now and come back <br /> in another two weeks for the further approval. <br /> Mr. Ball asked Mr. Grotzke if he wanted to leave it as it was submitted. <br /> t <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that as far as he was concerned he would prefer flow <br /> diffusers. <br /> Mr. Harrington had no problem with it. However, he wanted an <br /> opportunity to review the plans. He has already issued his comments to <br /> IIIb. Grotzke and he has made the revision to the leaching field plan. The <br /> one that was copied for the BOH tonight was for the ' x 501 leaching <br /> field. He has not seen anything with the flow diffusers. He would like to <br /> have storage capacity of the flow diffusers also. He would like a worthy <br /> shot at reviewing it. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the original plans for the leaching field <br /> with the option of the flog diffusers review and approval of the agent <br /> without a return to the BOH for further approval. Motion passed. <br /> Request for septic Permit Extension: 21 Bluff Avenue <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that the couple that own these two properties 21 <br /> and 25. They live at 25 Bluff Ave. They have a three-bedroom permit in <br /> place for 21 Bluff Ave. They would like to continue their grandfathered <br /> permit. What they will ultimately do is combine the two properties. They <br /> have two bedrooms existing on 25 Bluff and three permitted on 21 for <br /> total of five bedrooms. They are only going to ask to maintain a three or <br /> four bedroom homes There will be reduction from their approved five- <br /> bedroom to either three or four. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked if they were going to raze one of the structures. <br /> 18 <br />
