They have hired cape & islands engineering
to represent them, Cape and Islands has presented and the Town has
approved a new system-design, They have put the contract out to bid and
have selected a contrarctoi, They held a special meeting of the unit
owners, presented the plan, levied a special assessment, have collected
the funds and are ready to go. The interaction with the utility
companies has taken longer than expected, Their contractor has
suggested installing the systems in the fall and they are requesting an
extension from the BOH to being installation in September with a
scheduled completion by the end of December 2002.
After re-visiting some of the details regarding this address and the septic
plans Mr. Ball made a motion to approve their request for an e ctension on
the septic permit with a date to be finished with the project by December
31", 2002.
