He would appreciate the opportunity to meet with Mr. Fudala <br /> before discussing this with the BOH members. He needed the opportunity <br /> to better educate himself on this particular topic. The board members <br /> agreed with the request to continue this topic to the next meeting. <br /> B. Illegal Dumping <br /> Mr. Farrington updated the BOH members in regards to the illegal <br /> dumping issues on Lovell's Lana and Walter Mingo Road areas. He advised <br /> the BOH members that both sites had been cleaned up to his satisfaction. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to rescind the citations issued against Mr. <br /> Tavares, IVIS. costa and Mr. Balbuena for illegal dumping at Lovell's Lane <br /> and Walter Mingo Roads. Ills. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> C, Request for a Temporary Food Permit- Forty-Niner's Concessions <br /> Mr. Donahue, owner of Forty-Niner's concessions, was requesting a <br /> temporary food permit in order to attend a Mashpee Commons event on <br /> .lune �'', 2002. He had been permitted for prior events and had servSafe <br />' certification on file. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the request for a temporary food <br /> permit. Ills. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A. community septic Management Program - BOH signatures Required <br /> Ms. Warden presented the BOH members with the agreement for the <br /> administration of the second round of funding under the Community septic <br /> Management Program. All money from the first round of funding <br /> ($200,000* plus the additional $30,000.00 from Barnstable county <br /> credits to Mashpee has been committed for septic system upgrades, <br /> Presently four applications are on file from homeowners requesting <br /> assistance. The BOH members forwarded their signatures to the originals, <br /> which will be returned to Program coordinator, Bendall T. Ayers. He in <br /> tura will return them to the county Commissioners. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Shay Environmental 7 Seneca Avenue <br /> Mr. carmen shay of shay Environmental was present at this appointment <br /> to represent the homeowners of 7 Seneca Avenue. Mr. shay was <br /> requesting that the following variances be approved by the BOH members. <br /> variance is requested, which will reduce the distance from the proposed <br /> SAS from 201 from the concrete foundation to five feet. A 40 Mil Rubber <br /> Liner has been proposed, A variance is requested to allow 7 Bedroom <br />
