Native Land suit, which ended in the late 1970's. The discussion <br /> eventually led to the enactment of Title V. Throughout this time a 700' <br /> "wetland" began to develop on this let. This new development triggered a <br /> 1001 distance from the wetland for the primary septic system but not the <br /> reserve. Ultimately, after all was said and done, Mr. sanicki was asking <br /> for a 4' variance from the SAS to the street property rives of Cayuga <br /> Avenue and Mohawk Toad. He also needed a 71 variance from the reserve <br /> area to the street property line of Cayuga Avenue, Lastly, a local variance <br /> of 131 from the reserve area to the freshwater wetlands. <br /> After much discussion between Mr. sanicki and the board members Mr. <br /> Ball made a motion to approve for the following variances was approved <br /> for the aSAS to the street line of four-feet; b Reserve SAS to street line <br /> is a seven foot variance; c Local variance of the -131 from the reserve <br /> SAS to the BVW. This approval was conditional based on the necessity for <br /> a denitrification system to be installed if the reserve SAS is activated. Ms, <br /> Grady seconded this motion, Motion passed, <br /> Appointment: Cape & Islands Engineering - 6 V eb uish Lane <br /> Mr, slavirnsky was present for this appointment on behalf of the <br /> applicants. He requested the following variances: a The SAS will be 1061 <br /> from the well servicing house number 10, b The reserve SAS will be 101' <br /> Brom the well servicing the house number 10. c The reserve SAS will b <br /> 126' from the well servicing house number 28. <br /> There was a short discussion between the board members and Mr. <br /> slavinsky with regards to the necessity of the homeowner connecting to <br /> town water. Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the following variances: a <br /> 441 variance from the SAS to.the well servicing house number 10. b <br /> 91 variance from the reserve SAS to the well servicing house number 10. <br /> c A 241 variance from the reserve SAS to the well servicing house number <br /> . This approval was conditional based on the requirement that the <br /> homeowner connect to town water within 60 days of availability. Ms. <br /> Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Appointment: cape & Islands Engineering - 1Bay Road <br /> Mr. Slavinsky was present for this appointment on behalf of the <br /> homeowners.
