Y <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> June 13", 2002 <br /> Meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM. <br /> Members present: L. Glenn Santos, Steven R. Ball, MaryRose Grady and Glen <br /> E. Harrington. <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE MEETING: IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> Mr. L. Glenn Santos, Chairman: <br /> 1. Sion Warrants. <br /> There were no warrants to be signed due to lack of bills. <br /> 2. Approve Minutes for May 2"", 2002. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if there were any comments regarding these minutes <br /> before approval. Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the minutes for May <br /> 2"", 2002. Ms. Grady seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> 3. Emergency Repair Certifications: <br /> 76 Cayuga Avenue <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that one cesspool was full and there was historic <br /> evidence of overflow down the driveway embankment. The intent is to <br /> install a 1500-gallon septic tank and an infiltrator trench. <br /> The board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency repair <br /> certification form. <br /> 19 Pem Lane <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that there was overflow at the septic tank. The <br /> soil absorption system was located under the pool house. Wells and <br /> wetlands variances are necessary along with engineered plans. <br /> The board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency repair <br /> certification form. <br /> 26 The Morgan Circle <br /> Mr. Harrington indicated that the leaching pit was failed by inspection. <br /> The intent is to replace the pit with two 500-gallon chambers and 4' of <br /> stone all around (25' x 131 x 2' leach trench). <br /> The board members forwarded their signatures to the emergency <br />
