Santos Mated the example if someone was on vacation and his <br /> sprinkler is on an automatic system. They would have no idea that they <br /> are doing anything wrong. Grady asked to go into executive session as she had something she <br /> would like to discuss. <br /> F, David Darboneaui - Septic System Deer Crossing Office and retail <br /> Mr, Darrboneau was present in an-effort to discuss his current situation. <br /> He was in the process of-selling Deer Crossing and they were doing their <br /> Title V inspection. The inspector came in for information last Friday and <br /> he told hire that Mr. Harrington had stated that they would have to install <br /> a denitrification system if they were over 600 gallons per day. He has five <br /> buildings total with four of them being over 600 gallons per day usage <br /> limit, They were supposed to close at the enol of this month and because <br /> of this things are up in the air. They are going to get on the agenda next <br /> week, He cane this evening to run their ideas by the BOH members. What <br /> they would like to do is have a year's extension to look at the possibility <br /> of tying into Tulanearn's project, Mashpee Common's or installing a <br /> denitrification system onsite. But, they would just lice the time after the <br /> sale to contemplate the options, They would like to have an agreement <br /> stating that within a year they would have a system installed to take care <br /> of the denitrification issues. He had spoken with Mr. Steve Ball earlier in <br /> the week and he stated that they would be willing to consider something <br /> like that. However, it will take time to figure out the engineering and what <br /> gray was the best way to go whether it was a d nice or a waste treatment <br /> plant* The man who is buying the property just recently bought the <br /> 1 <br />
