That <br /> is why they are requesting to do it two tunes per day because the four <br /> times per day is excessive for the use of the pool. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the language in the approval would be the same. I <br /> them were any inconsistencies and/or hits it would go back to the four <br /> tunes per day. Then they could try and re-apply later on for the variance. <br /> Ms. Grady agreed as long as the language is as stated. She made a motion <br /> to approve this variance request to test the pool two times daily with the <br /> condition that it be good for only one year and if here are any <br /> inconsistencies or problems found in the testing the variance shall be _ <br /> revoked, They would be able to re-apply at a later date. Mr. Santos <br /> seconded the request. Motion passed. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> A. 19 Quashnet Road <br /> Mr. Harrington. granted-to bring to the BOH members attention that Mr. <br /> Warren Miranda, who had installed a septic system without a permit, <br /> subsequently cane in and passed the exam. All of the board's directives <br /> regarding enforcement and fines were null and void because he cane in <br /> before Mr. Harrington could get the letter and the fine out to him. <br /> IVIS. Carron stated that he carne in.that Friday after the board meeting. <br /> Mr. Harrington continued by statim that he paid to pull the permit, the <br /> license and the test. They obtained the installers as built. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if Mr. Hendricks situation was resolved at this point in <br /> time. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that Mr. Hendricks was all straightened away, <br /> Mr. Santos stated that this was the second situation of this sort. He felt <br /> that eventually all three BOH members needed to review this and set <br /> some type of policy to address this type of behavior. <br />
