. The Flat Pond subdivision
Mr. Santos stated that he received a letter from cape cod Commission
that stated that the Flat Pond subdivision for New seabury was denied.
Apparently New seabury didn't even shover up for the hearing. This was
one of the things that preceded lir. Harrington's arrival. There was the
crunch tolme before 2000. Everyone was coaxing in and getting their lots
grandfathered. All around Flat Pond there were 17,000 to 20,000 square
feet lot they wanted to build tour and five bedroom homes. This is a very
small pond. There was a major concern. Mr, Doherty and Mr. Ball stuck to
their guns in this matter. This was before Mr. Santos was a board
member. They treated like it was a Zone 11 and it didn't fly. He hasn't been
out there in a long time. However, he didn't believe that it would stand up
against four or five bedroom houses all around with those small lots.
T* Unlicensed septic Installer, Libber and David Pike 32 surrey Place
Mr. Pike began by reviewing the situation at band. He had a letter of the
events for each BOFI member to review. An initial septic permit ##8333
was issued to ca ossa Excavation for Donna Panarello owner of record at
that time. The property was transferred from Panarello to Daisy Realty
Trust. Libby Pike is the trustee* on August V, 2001, a building permit was
issued to Daisy Realty Trust* David Lammers was the builder of record at
that time. on February 16', 2002, Mr. Matthew Crocker installed the
system at the request of Nor. Lammers and on this same date Mr. Lammers
instructed Mr. Pike to pay Mr. Crocker. He did pay Mr. Crocker and
presented a copy of the cancelled check. on February 19, 2002, at Mr.
Pike's request Mr. John Slavinsky of cape & Islands inspected the system
and-informed him that it was- in conformance. Shortly thereafter they had
the system covered and later landscaped. The builder moved on to other
projects and Mr., Mike McCue replaced hire. In May of 2002 Mr. Pipe
became aware of a septic compliance problem. He contacted-Mr. Crocker
and Mr. Pike was told that an as built carol would be submitted. Mr. Pike
contacted him a second time with the same result, During that
conversation Mr. Puce asked Mr. Crocker if he was licensed in I ashpee.
He said although he wasn't currently licensed in llashpee. He was
licensed when the installation was done, because Mashpee BOH operates
on a fiscal calendar and his license for 2001 was valid through March 31",
2002. Mr. Pike stated that if itwasn't true it sounded like it was fraud.
They left another message for Mr. Crocker in .July of 2002 and it was not
responded to.
Mr. Harrington stated that he checked and it wouldn't appear that Mr.
Crocker had a 2001 license. Regardless it would have runt out at the enol
of the calendar year. The certification was never provided. It was not
i
provided because he was not the original installer who pulled the permit.
They gime out the as built cards to the individual who pulls the permit.
{
Y
r
s
