Mr. Harrington began by stating that all of these addresses were
straightforward with the exception of 44 Bayshore Drive. If the BOH
members would like to do a blanket approval it would be acceptable
because they are in Zone 11 except for one.
Mr. Santos stated that although Title V-doesn't-cover,this-issue,.,There .
are applicants coming in with expiration dates of February and March of
2003 and they are asking for extensions already.
Ms, Warden countered this argument by Mating that they may not be here
in the winter.
lr. Harrington reiterated that Title V only requires that they do if at least
30 days before the expiration elate.
Ills. Carron suggested that it might be better to have the applicants b
pro-active then attempting to sway the board's opinion after the fact.
Ms, Grady added that it is Mill going to be the sane amount of time
either way whether they do it now or later.
Mr, Harrington continued by stating that.the only one he has a
comment/recommendation is on 44 Bayshore Drive, That property is not
in Zone ii, but it does have a well. They can allow them to maintain their
pernnit; But, cars Delorrne recently presented the board with his proposal,
which included the fact that Bayshore Drive, is going to get town water.
His recommendation to the BOH members was to make the approval of
the extension contingent upon a signed affidavit stating that they will
connect to town grater within 60 days. That will still allow therm to build
the house with a septic permit extension for one more year. However,
will full knowledge that they will have to connect to town water within 60
days of availability;
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the one-year septic application
extensions for the following addresses: 42 Fells Pond Fuad, 44 Bayshore
Drive (Approval conditional upon the signed affidavit requiring the
applicant to connect to town grater within 60 days of availability.), 190
Waterway, 106 Polaris Drive, 96 Highland street, 4 Pequot Avenueo 55
Pequot Avenue, 3 Mohican Avenue and 4 Mohican Avenue. Ills. Grady
seconded the motion. Motion passed.
1 Septic Review:
iew:
74 Tirnberlane drive
Mr. Harrington began by stating that this had been originally approved
1
