But, at the end <br /> f the year he wanted to see complete plans,.a-start date if construction <br /> hasn't been started and a commitment to be.held to these guidelines-for _. <br /> construction. He didn't want to de one a y ear. He wanted there <br /> M <br /> completed. Whatever the construction design is going to be because if <br /> you wait a year you can add another % cost of living increase on <br /> construction costs. He wants a specific update on the system design <br /> within three mornths. <br /> Mr, Hajjar believed that there was a Rockland land Trust going up in the same <br /> area. He wasn't sure what was going in next to that and it hasn't been <br /> determined yet. He knew nothing about sewer systems. But, maybe they <br /> could join with whoever was going to be building in that area. He was <br /> just throwing that idea out. <br /> Mr. Ball agreed with Mr. Santos. However, he would life to shorten the <br /> time frame and thea give them extensions. To give them one full year to <br /> make up their minds as to what they are going to do and when is setting <br /> a precedent for future requests. He suggested again that they tonne see <br /> the BOH in three months with a status update. They will get the year. <br /> Ms. Crecy understood and concurred with-Mr. Ball's position in this <br /> matter. <br /> Mr, Harrington stated that there were extensions given for stendhal <br /> Place. However, again, those extensions were given in increments. They <br /> carne back and requested each of those extensions based upon time <br /> periods set by the board. They are following the protocol that had been <br /> set by the BCH in previous requests; <br /> Mr. Ball asked if'It was a year? <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that they were basically folio wring.the same <br /> protocol set for similar requests, <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they will go the three months and thea extend it but <br /> they are going to want to know what the status was at that point in time. <br /> IVIS.
