Mr. Harrington didn't think that they could re-address variances on this
and have there maintain their grandfathering. They have changed their
original approval.
Mr. Ball felt that if cape & Islands knew that thea they would probably go
back to their original approval. He felt they should at least continue this
until they find out if they want to go back to their original plans.
Mr, Ball made a motion to continue the request for a septic extension
until cape & Islands has the opportunity to review and discuss these
changes with the health went.
Mr. Santos agreed with IIIb. Harrington's position on this matter.
Mr. Harrington stated that the board specifically requests and puts down
the number of feet that they vary and if they go and change that it is
considered a new filing.
Mr. Santos re-iterated that it would then come under the new regulation
and limit therm to a two-bedroom home.
Mr, Harrington agreed and included that it could also be a denitrification
system.
Mr, Santos continued by stating that the lot was only 12,000 square feet
and it would be only lucky if they get two-bedrooms.
Mr. Harrington agreed and felt that they would vivant to readjust their
thinking on that matter.
Mr. Ball reiterated his motion to continue 32 .lames Circle, Mr, Santos
seconded the motion. Motion passed*
7. Request for septic Permit Extension (Extenuating-Circumstances)-31
Wood Road:
Mr, Harrington began by stating that the extenuating circumstances that
are associated with this address are that this request for the extension
was received six flays too late to meet the 30 days prior to the expiration
of the permit.
Mr, Ball asked when was the expiration date of the permit.
Mr. Harrington replied that it was October 61, 2002 and it was received
on September 12 t", 2002.
