Mr. Santos asked if it was in Zone II,
Mr. Harrington replied that it was not in Zone il.
Mr. Ball asked IVIS. Moan Muse, owner, if there was a reason why it was
six days late.
Ms, Muse stated that to be honest with the board nobody told her that
she needed to put the request in writing 3 -days in advance. It was cape
Islands that told her that the date was coating up. They also didn't tell
her that it had to be in writing* When she originally called the board the
person she spoke to hadn't told her that it had to be 30 days in advance.
They told her that there wouldn't have been any problem if the hearing
had been last week, There wasn't a hearing last week.
Mr. Ball stated that it was postponed*
IVIS, Warden asked if this was a well situation.
IVIS.
