Glenn Santos, Chairman: <br /> Mr. Santos began by stating that the agenda that was posted by the <br /> Clerk's office was not a full agenda. He didn't believe that it was done <br /> deliberately. He was under the impression that the full agenda needed to <br /> be posted 48 hours in advance. The Smoking Regulation part of the <br /> agenda was not visible under the topic of"Old Business". He did not want <br /> to procrastinate any further with this issue. The issue was that with the <br /> topic left out of the official posting could they legally discuss it He <br /> wanted to make sure that they do it right, should they continue the <br /> discussion for the nett meeting so that it can be posted properly? <br /> Mr. Ball stated that he couldn't make the next meeting on the 17 thCould <br /> they tentatively address this issue now and still not compromise the <br /> legality of this issue? <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that they could address it in a public hearing and <br /> iron out the issues. Whether the BOH members vote on it now or net is up <br /> to therm? <br /> Ms. Grady continued by stating that it has been ongoing in "old Business" <br /> and it was announced publicly and in the paper that it would be <br /> discussed today. <br /> Mr. Rall felt that they should move on. <br /> Mr. Darrington stated that the clerk's date stamp was noted. But, main <br /> was it conspicuously posted? He wasn't sure if the definition of <br /> conspicuously posted is part of the rules for posting the agenda. If it was <br /> then it was not done correctly and it wasn't a legally posting. He didn't <br /> have the full answer for there right now. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that it was headlines in the newspaper, It wasn't like <br />
