structures in if. They will fight the battle with Mr. Fudala after the fact.
He didn't even understand hover this plan was approved after he sat down
with Mr. Fudala and the town engineer. They both said that he didn't like
the deep retention basins right nett to the road. These basins are four to
sic feet deep right next to the road. What's going on He didn't know if it
was a matter of Mr. Fudala pushing these things through or whatever,
But, they are going to be readdressed.
Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the plans as presented with the
stipulation that a request be made of the cape cod Mosquito control to
dip test the puddling out at the site. If the test were positive for a health
hazard thea the BOH would require a change in the design inclusive of
leaching chambers. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. Motion passed.
10. Variance relief request (Emergency failure with engineerplans) - I I
Uncle Herz 's Road:
Mr. Darrington stated that he had fold Mr. David sanicki at cape & Island
that if the BOH members had any comments or questions he would go get
hirci. Mr. sanicki was stuck at the conservation meeting neck door This
started as an emergency upgrade. But, when the contractor went out
back to put in the system he hit ground grater. The installer, Devin
Smoller, gave the BOH a call. Mr. Harrington went out and took a look at
if. He advised Mr. Smoller that they would have to get an engineer
involved. The homeowner and Mr. smoller called Mr. Sanicki from cape
islands. The back is very low and sits in a hole between Uncle Henry's
and Uncle Edward's. They took some measurements when they were out
there to find where the system would be best situated. Per the cover
letter from cape & Islands it would have to be relatively highly raised
system in the back with retaining walls. The propose to change the
y ] p p g
plumbing system inside to a gravity system up front.
Mr. Ball asked how many bedrooms the house had at present.
Mr, Harrington responded that he was under the impression that this was
a pretty small house. It is slated as three.
Mr. Ball asked hire to confirm that it was not two and they wanted to go
to three.
Mr. Harrington confirmed that to the best of his knowledge it had always
been three-bedrooms. It is one of the old cottages. The mottling was high
here too. The groundwater is actually low, but the mottling was pretty
high and that raises the system even further out of the ground.
Mr. Ball asked if there were any surrounding wells.
