They have received a number of letters
since the members of the board have changed, asking if the board was
going to revisit this topic, There is a distinct possibility for the Grote to
change. They have discussed the approach to this topic at length, They
have held a number of public meetings. He felt that everyone has had an
opportunity to voice his or her opinions. He had spoken one on one to a
number of different individuals. He didn't feel that the board needed to
obtain any more public opinion. They would just need a motion to
revisit it at the time when they were going to charge it. Then vote upon
the change. They could review any of their regulations on a technical
basis. They would have to vote to actually alter them.
I
Mr. Ball asked where this all fell on this topic this evening, Where they
reviewing or voting?
IVIS. Grady stated that they would start out with a discussion.
Mr, Santos included that they would go for the re-vote tonight.
Mr,, Harrington stated that they could vote to re-visit if they wanted,, do
the discussion and thea vote on the individual items within the
regulation*
Mr, chuckie Greene,, town selectmanv asked permission to offer
