Mr. Santos stated that that is ghat they were requiring hien to do. He would have to pay the fee for the test and the permit. Mr. Crocker stated that he didn't grant to pay for the permit, He had no problem paying for the license. But, he felt that paying for the permit was Mr. Lammers job. He was just the operator. He had been caught just as the board has been caught in this situation. He would pay for the test and the license. Ms. Warden eked if there was an occupancy issue on this address. Ms. oarron replied that it wasn't an issue anymore. But, the occupancy was issued. Ms. Warden stated that there was no way of recouping the permit fee. There was no permit issued. Mr. Crocker stated that there was one issued initially. Ms. Warden asked to whom it had been issued to. Mr. Harrington replied that it had been issued to Carl F, cavossa. IVIS. .Darden stated that this wasn't who installed the system. Mr, Harrington agreed. He stated that another permit should be issued. IVIS* Warden stated that if they waive the fee. They would be-going beyond the OH's regulations. It is a state regulation. It states right in the state regulations that the licensed installer has to do the installation. Mr. Crocker asked for a clarification of the fees. Ms. Carron stated that it was $200.00 altogether, There was $100.00 for the license, $50.00 for the test and $50,00 for the permit. Mr. Crocker continued by stating that when he had installed the system. He just went with what they already had as ars agreement with IIIb.
