That was done <br /> before he was the health agent. He understood that it might have been <br /> clone because homeowners and builders were coming in to pull permit, <br /> This caused too much confusion with other parties. However, people <br /> within the sane company coming in and their being pretty much on the <br /> same page with ghat had to be gone and the requirements. However, <br /> when they get the homeowners and builders involved it gets too <br /> confusing. <br /> Mr. Ball asked Mr. Harrington to confirm that he wanted a non-licensed <br /> person to conte in and pull a permit. <br /> Mr, Harrington confirmed that that was essentially correct, However, the <br /> important piece was that that person would be authorized by the licensed <br /> septic installer or well griller to pull the permit. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they would have to have a list of names to reference <br /> who;eras allowed to pull the permits. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct.
