i
I
I
installer's employment to core in, sign the application and pay for it. The
installers' arguments are that they are all over town and it is difficult for
i
it to cone in and sign the application. However, it is easier for them to
send someone out on their behalf to complete this task.
Mr. Harrington continued by stating that for example Mr. Scannell of
Scannell well drilling is working off cape. However, he still needs to get
permits pulled for work in this area. He has office personnel that do the
research, He has to cone in personally to complete the permitting
process. He"d like to have the ability to have someone within lois office to
pull the permits.
Mr. Ball asked if the authorization form should include a note that states
that this person is not authorized to install a system.
Mr. Harrington replied that that would be fine.
Mr. Ball felt uncomfortable malting a decision of this sort after the last
discussion that took place.
Ms. [Grady felt that this request was a bit "mucky". They should put it on their agenda for the day and
complete it, she empathized with their being out of town,, But, -it was not
necessarily a good excuse,
Mr, Ball continued by stating that if the licensed installer was out of town
and a non-licensed person comes in and pulls a permit, who is doing the
installation? This person could not install it. You are getting and
unauthorized person to install it.
IVIS. Grady stated that they would have all Kinds of excuses.
IVIS. Warden countered by stating that they need the permit pulled before
they can obtain the building permit. They are not going to necessarily
initiate the work right away, They just need the permit pulled to begin the
process of obtaining the building permit she just wanted to clarify the
process.
IVIr. Santos stated that once the installation is done the licensed installer
is going to sign off on it, so no matter what happens the licensed
i
