installer would be held responsible.
Ms. Grady felt that if the BOH had problems before this policy was
approved. she felt that it would definitely come back to haunt them after
this policy was approved,
Mr. Ball was still comparing it to the conversation with Mr, Crocker,
Mr. Santos stated that Mr. Crocker informed them that he had done work
for Bousfield and some other companies. All this policy is saying is that
the authorized individual could pull a permit for that company.
Mr. Harrington stated that it would be a licensed installer.
Mr. Bail asked if that wasn't what Mr, Crocker did.
Mr. Santos replied that Mr, Crocker never pulled an application. He simply
came in from out of town installed and the system. Mr. Cavossa, a
licensed installer pulled the original permit and then Mr. Crocker installed
it on his own. There was nothing pulled for this installation.
Mr. Ball asked why Mr. Cavossa wouldn't have been in front of the board
instead of Mr. Crocker on that issue.
Mr. Harrington replied that he might have pulled the permit. But, he was
never told to complete the job.
Ms, Garron stated that they sometimes.have two and three permit
applications on some files.
Mr. Harrington stated that that was why they had transfer permits.
Mr. Ball felt that if they were going to go forward with this they should at
least add some language that outlines the employee's inability to install a
system.
Mr. Harrington stated that Mr, Ball was free to acid whatever language he
saw fit.
Mr. Santos confirmed that they should add it to both of therm.
Mr. Ball agreed and re-iterated that they should add the language to both
of thein. They will review the new draft and vote on it then. He made a
motion to continue this discussion. He needed a little bit more time to
think about this matter, He understood Ms. rady's position on all of this.
9
