Harrington and <br /> Veronica A* Warden <br /> THE TAPE Is NOT PART of THE MEETING: IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY, <br /> Mr, Steven R. Ball, Co-Chairman: <br /> 71 Sign 1 arrants. <br /> Warrants Signed. <br /> 2. Approve minutes of August 8, 2002 and September 121'', 2002 <br /> Mr, Ball stated that they would wait to approve the minutes until they <br /> have a full beard present. Mr. Santos was at this meeting, <br /> , Preliminant Plan Approval - Kir ner (Rte 28,, Great Neck Road North and <br /> Old Barnstable Load <br /> There was a discussion regarding the exact location of this address. Mr. <br /> Harrington stated that he had thought that they had something else <br /> proposed there, He didn't know what happened to it. <br /> Ms. Grady stated that she had thought that Jiffy Lube was going to go in <br /> at that location. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were going to have a big retail area there. <br /> But, now they were breaking it up into different parcels, <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they were approving individual septic systems for each <br /> panel. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that they were just commenting to the planning <br /> board as to what bearing it had on the obi's health regulations. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if this was going to be the 600 gallons per day or over. <br /> M . Warden stated that it was a preliminary review. <br /> Mr. Barrington concurred with IVIS. Warden and stated that is was <br /> preliminary because they really didn't know what was going on here yet. <br /> i <br /> i <br />
