Septic Permit Extension Requests-- Zone 1 7 surf Drive t in Zone 11 <br /> - 58 Amos Landins Road,, 90 WestWay <br /> 7 surf Drive: <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that this property was in a Zone 11 area, <br /> Town water has been provided and there are no other variances-needed. <br /> He felt that that was a straightforward one-year extension* <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the request for a one-year septic permit <br /> extension from the date of expiration (new date January 31, 2004) at 87 <br /> Surf Drive. FIs. Grady seconded the motion. The notion passed. <br /> 58 Amos Landing Dead and 90 West �111a <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this was property with a well, it provides a 1501 <br /> distance from the on-site well to theon-site s.a.s. and it meets all the <br /> ether criteria. There are no other variances requested# it is a three- <br /> bedroom horne. This is an area that is proposed for town eater. They <br /> could request that they provide an affidavit.to hook up to town water but <br /> would recommend approval of the extension. <br /> Mr. Ball asked whe're this lot was located. <br /> Ms. Warden responded that it was located in Sandalwood. <br /> Mr, Ball asked why they were requiring them to hook into torn water <br /> when they didn't require it of the surf Drive applicant. <br /> !Ills. Warden replied that Surf Drive has town water, Sandalwood doesn't <br /> have town water. <br /> A discussion ensued regarding the problems surrounding the Sa ndalwood <br /> subdivision and their connection to torn water& <br /> Mr. Harrington reiterated that that did not stop the BOH from requiring the <br /> applicant to connect to town water when it became available. They did <br /> this with gy Amos Landing Road. <br /> Mr. Ball asked Mr, Harrington what if the applicants don't agree with that <br /> request. The prior applicants were present when that condition was made. <br />
