They have had situations were someone's system was halfway on the abutters property. Mr. snow noted that the system was going to the long way. Mr. Santos confirmed that what Mr. Snow was saying was that Mr. L but was stating that the system would be closer to his foundation than the sideline. Mr. Snow re-Iterated the direction of the placement of the system. Mr, Harrington added that the beard has required membranes when approving that in the past. Did they want to get into that? Mr. Santos replied that on existing emergency repairs they have never required membranes. He had previously brought that up, if it were a new installation he would say yes. But, if they have problems with well h would say yes. Ms, Warden interrupted liar. Santos and stated that it didn't matter. It was supposed to be done and it wasn't. Mr. Ball made a motion to grant the applicant request not to meet the requirement for engineered plans. The condition of the approval is that the system will be installed within 30 days of this date. He had met with the engineer before he formally put this in front of the board. He didn't see that this plan was even complete. He apologized and asked Ms. Warden if she had looked at when it had come in. Mr, Harrington Interrupted IIIb. Warden and stated that they didn't even show the soil information. He didn't mind therm doing that if the soil is close enough. But, they didn't even shover it. Ms. Warden asked if he had seat one of those notices to therm.
