for the abutter. The property is 1001 x 1001. The properties are all the
same measurement along that portion of the street. There is a declining
amount of open space behind them. It is just a strip. But, it is a long
triangular strip.
IVIr. Ball stated that he was confused because there was no variance
requirement at first. Now there is a need for engineered plans. It is
repair. It didn't make sense to him.
IVIr. Harrington didn't consider it to be an emergency anymore. They were
new two years and sic months after the original notification to the original
owner to repair the system.
Mr, Snow stated that he learned of it only in the summer, which Is five
months ago. Again had he been able to wrangle a contractor to cone and
do it immediately he wouldn't be here. In regards to getting a variance, h
has to fisc this thing. Whether he encroaches one,) two, three or four lots
Title V is going to make hire do it anyway. He has to comply with the law.
He has spoke to Mr. Labute and marked it off with tape. Mr. Labute has
advised him that he could do it in such a manner that he could reduce any
disturbance to the lave. But, if he ends up doing engineered plans they
would probably end up telling him the same thing.
IVIS. Warden asked him if he could tell the bounds.
Mr. Snow replied that he could tell the bounds from the markings from the
green dyes for the cable company,,
Mr. Harrington interjected that there was one bound that he saw from the
abutter that he shares in one front corner- the front right corner looking
t the house. That was the only bound that he saver that was on record.
Mr. Snow stated that he was installing the system on the left in the back.
Mr. Harrington agreed that that was correct. However, he didn't know if
there was any control on that side.
Mr. Ball stated that they could go.two gays on this one..If the system
wasn't done within thirty days the engineered plans will be required.
There would be a "crop-dead" date.
IVIS. Grady agreed with that suggestion and added that they would treat it
as an emergency in the meantime*
IVIr. Ball reiterated that the extension would be thirty days from today.
