But, the couple of well drillers than do come in to do most <br /> of the work do fill therm out. - <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they should go up to $50,00 on that permit. <br /> Ms, Warden recommended that they go up by $5.00 or $10.00. she asked <br /> Mr. Harrington ghat the fee was for the permits In Barnstable, <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that he thought they were $50.00. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if they were in a hurry for this fee review. They hadn't <br /> updated these fees in ten years. He felt that it was time to do just that. <br /> Mr. Santos suggested that they review the fees in other towns and remain <br /> consistent with them. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to continue this discussion until the next meeting <br /> when they gather some research information. Ills. Grady seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jennifer Dai rn le 17 cutlass Load <br /> Ms. Dalrymple was present on behalf of the applicants. They were asking <br /> for a 501 variance from the well regulation. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if this was brand new construction. <br /> Ills. Dalrymple stated that it was an existing house, repair and the home i <br /> for sale. Actually she believed that the house had already been sold and <br /> was in escrow at this point. They are 1001 from the abutters well. <br /> Everybody else is on town water. They were also looking for a five-foot <br /> variance from the SAS to the abutters' property line, she continued by <br /> stating that they were proposing infiltrators here. The infiltrators don't need to be doused every twenty feet <br /> and they could stick the put into the end of these infiltrators. Lastly, due <br /> to the slope they do have a40-mil rubber barrier.
