on February 20", 2001, but she couldn't make it. She didn't believe that
Mr. Bell was going to be here for that date either. Mr. Harrington
confirmed that that was correct. Mr. Santos made the suggestion that the
next meeting be on February 27t', 2003. IVIS. Grady agreed with that date.)
D. 23 Bowdoin toad
Mr. Darrington began by stating that this was a commercial property and
since they were not going to be meeting for a while he wanted to review it
now. The board"s comments regarding drainage that retention basin on
the west end of the property. Again, his recommendation to the board
members was to make the same comments regarding the sub-surface.
They are just a grass foil right now, which is going to silt up and fill up a
usual. His recommendation is that they net approve the design plan until
they do what the beard wants. The reserve needs to be installed at the
same time as the primary. The note is not evident on the plans. This
needs to be included on the plans. The dum ster needs an enclosure. This
was something that he was a little nervous about. All of the plans that
they show the site plan and design review all had the dumpster in another
location with an enclosure around it, Now it comes to the Title V design
plan and the enclosure is gone. These were going to be contractor bays.
He wanted no bulk hazardous material and nothing over 55 gallons per
unit, which he believes was the restriction they put on the property up on
Route 2 . The new retail office.
Mr. Santos added that that included pesticides and all of that.
Mr. Harrington added that because these were contractor bays there was
going to be some hazardous materials there. There wasn't a regulation in
place right now. He wanted to arae it no bulk over 55 gallons and no
repair. There should be no automotive or mechanical repair.
Mr. Santos rade a motion to approve the commercial-application for Title
V septic plans with the following corrections and/or conditions: There will
be no automotive or mechanical repair. The plan will show the installation
of retention basins per the BGH's requirements. The plan will shover an
enclosure around the dumpster. "There will be no hazardous materials,
pesticides or bulk material over 55 gallons. Ms. Grady seconded the
motion. Motion passed.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Fee schedule
The discussion of the fee schedule was continued until the next meeting
when Mr. Ball would be present.
B. Bud et Meeting with the Finance Committee
2
