Mr. Santos re-iterated that they would want the letter of commitment and
then push it right through to the DEP. He needed to get this moving.
Mr. Hajj r didn't know how long this process was going to take.
Mr, Ball asked how long this would take.
Mr. Harrington responded that he would have to ask Mr. Fudala what was
going to happen.
Mr. Ball asked Mr. Harrington to speak to Mr. Fudala. He thea asked what
timeframe would be fair to accomplish this task.
Mr. sani ki asked Mr. Fudala to speak directly with Mr. Harrington.
Mr, Ball stated that what he was trying to get across was that if the
board made a decision right now and stated than they have thirty days to
obtain a letter of commitment would push Mr, Fudala.
Mr. sanioki agreed and re-iterated that Mr. Fudala would get the letter.
Mr. Ball didn't want to suggest that it would take sixty days. But, they
could extent that length of time. He wanted to push somebody to get this
commitment letter that would state yes or no.
Mr. Santos added that they wanted to get someone to push the DEP
approval as well. It would be in all fairness to the board and to Mr. Hajjar,
Mr. Harrington stated that they would push the DEP once they received
the commitment letter.
i
Mr. rani ki asked hover they were going to push the DEP. The Commons is
going to have to apply to the DEP. The DEP is not going to push llashpee
Commons in any way. Are they?
Mr. Harrington re-iterated that they would try to push the Commons
through because it was going to affect the board..
Mr, sanioki asked if they were going to have to submit the plans through
the beard and thea through the DEP* Fight?
Mr. Harrington replied that they did not have to come to the board for a
severer extension because it is the groundwater discharge permit
program. They don't even get a chance to review that.
