These variance requests were approved with the condition that <br /> an operation and Maintenance M) agreement shall be provided to <br /> the Board of Health prior to occupancy of the dwelling. The o & M shall <br /> include analysis for total nitrogen on a quarterly basis for the first two <br /> years of operation. Mr. Santos seconded the motion. The motion passed. <br /> 18, Variance Request- 18 Nick Trail: <br /> Mr. David sanicki of cape & Islands had submitted a letter to the beam! <br /> dated 03.04.03 with the following a request for approval of the following <br /> variances. The soil absorption system will be y' off the property line. The <br /> reserve area will be 71 off the property lure. The reserve area will be 31 off <br /> the street line. The ss will be 1001 from house number y's well and the <br /> SAS will be 751 from the wetlands. A final variance is need for the Micro- <br /> Fast denitrification system. <br /> Mr. Harrington re-iterated that this plan requires them to be right at 751 <br /> and just over 1001 from an existing well. Town water is provided to the <br /> property This)is a remedial or general use of a Micro-Fast system. They <br /> were providing five feet to monitored groundwater. Mr. Harrington <br /> realized while reviewing this with the board that they were going to have <br /> to notify the abutter. He wasn't sure if the engineer had notified the <br /> abutter. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Santos asked if this was a new installation. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that this was a straight up-grade. This was <br /> basically a repair. They were putting a denitrification system in. It was <br /> just that he didn't think they notified the abutters. <br /> Mr. Santos noted that they don't usually have to notify abutters when it i <br /> a repair. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Ball agreed that it wasn't necessary to notify the abutters. <br /> IIIb. Harrington re-iterated that they were supposed t ; <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they had never required it before. <br /> Mr. Harrington explained that because of Title V they don't know if there <br /> are cesspools on the other lots. They show town water, But, they are still <br /> supposed to at least notify the abutters that they are within 101. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if that was a `title V requirement. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that it was in fact Title V requirement. <br />
