4
6
Mr. Harrington agreed with Mr. Santos.
Mr. Ball added that they didn't have a commitment letter from lashpee
Commons.
Mr. Sanicki from cape & Islands stated that they were just trying to work
this out.
Mr, Hajjar added that it was Mr, Fudala's suggestion that they work it out
with 1 lashpee Commons, Mr. Fudala asked therm to wait because he felt
that it would be Fetter for Deer crossing and better for the town.
Mr, sanicki asked if he could make a personal comment to the board
members. If the Deer crossing hadn't changed hands it would keep going
and going, 1f the systems failed and the usual stuff would hit the fan.
Then something would have to be dome. He respected Mr. Hajjar's efforts
here. He did hire him and they began the plans. They engaged J
Sales. They went in and tested the two restaurant systems to be sure
that they were going size the denitrification system appropriately for
what that system was putting out. Those test results they had. He can
prove that they did that. He even started obtaining elevations so they
could put things together, Thea they stopped because this offer thing
carne up. This process could cost this gentleman $120,000.00 to
$150,000.00 for a band-arid approach. But, the real solution would be a tie
in to the sewerage treatment plant. They have some decent flow from the
restaurants out there.
Mr. Ball re-iterated that he would like to see a commitment letter from
Mashpee Commons,
Mr. sanicki added that they could work on that,
Mr, Ball felt that they need a time limit. Enough was enough.
Mr. sarnicki understood Mr, Bail's feelings in this matter. However,
treatment systems are not put up overnight. They don't have the
opportunity or privilege to connecting to one that is going to be
expanding. They are in the process of more expansion and proposing out
there apparently, They are proposing other factions out there with
Marshpee that would...
Mr, Santos interjected that one of those propositions is the dialysis
center, which is going in and would put out a 22,000 CPD.
Mr. Harrington agreed but the system is going to be set for 80,000 GPD#
