t
w
1
contract and sent thea the check. 'There is a lot of work going on with
the Charles Talanian. There was a meeting to change the way in and out
of the bank and do some different things, They had a meeting with the
torn planner in order to work out a couple of different things. They
needed an egress enough to make the bank, Deer crossing and the town
happy. He mentioned to Mr. Fudala that they were in the process of doing
a denitrification system. Mr. Fudala felt that it might be much better off
for the town and for Deer crossing if they hooked in to Mr. Talanian'
treatment system. Mr. Hajjar tela Mr. Fudala that he thought they were at
full capacity. Mr. Fudala suggested that he speak with IIIb. Talaniarn. Mr.
Fudala brought it all up. He didn't tell him he was trying to get out of the
denitrification system. He had already sent his check to Mr. Sanicki who
was working on it. Mr. Fudala had been speaking with l lashpee commons
and he really felt that they would be able to do something with them
somewhere down the road. Mr. Fudala felt that this route would be much
more efficient in removing the nitrates and put the system to bed forever.
Mr. Hajjar then asked Mr. Harrington of he had had a chance to spear with
Mr. Fudala,
IIIb. Harrington -responded that he had had a chance to speak with Mr.
Fudala. The latest update from Mr. Fudala was that he was speaking with
Mr. Doug Storrs, from Mashpee Commons. Mr. Storrs, told Mr. Fudala that
the schedule to connect Deer crossing would be around the third quarter
of 'o . This would be the fall of next year. Mashpee commons has to work
out the financial components with Mr. Hajjar as far as an agreement.
That was the timetable that Mr. Fudala got from him. Ultimately that was
Mr. Santos concern, what the proposed timetable would be.
Mr, Santos agreed that that was his main concern.
Mr. Harrington re=iterated that that was their timetable because of the
expansion and the proposed connection to Deer crossing.
Mr. Santos felt that they have said that. But, this proposed project still
has to go in front on the DEP. correct?
IIr. Harrington believed that that was the correct process.
Mr. Santos continued than they are going to have to run sever lines from
Dere to there and everything. The DEP is going to have to be involved in
all of this process, He felt that that would bring about even further delays
similar to the ones that they would be discussing with Mr. Grotzke and
the duff cottages. They say two years and now it has gone on well past
that date.
