Mr. Santos noted that the letter stated that the homeowner was unaware <br /> that there was a statutory clock. The homeowner wasn't present at the <br /> meeting was he <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that he didn't know as he had never spoken to or <br /> met the owner. <br /> Mr. Ball noted that the owner, Patrick Coffey, was in front of the board <br /> four or five months ago. He was an abutter to another lot that he did not <br /> want built on. He asked Mr. Santos jokingly if the board was granting <br /> extensions. Did he grant thirty days? <br /> Mr, Harrington didn't know what the date the thirty days was extended <br /> from. He quoted the letter, l would like an additional thirty days to thaw <br /> and open it for your witnessing of a pump-out and discussion." <br /> Mr. Ball suggested that it should be thirty days from today or the date the <br /> letter was filed. <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that the letter was filen! on Mar h �", 2003, and it <br /> was now almost thirty days. <br /> Mr, Santos interjected that the letter noted, l think that the issue was a <br /> stain on a pipe seen from 91 above." Then they failed the system, To do <br /> the inspection they should open the tank and the D-box. <br /> IIr. Harrington stated that he had the inspection report in front of him. <br /> Mr. Ball didn't think thirty flays would make a difference. <br /> Mr. Harrington quoted from the report ",,,Septic tank is full over the pipe. <br /> The field had no effective leaching left." This report was filed in the year <br /> 2000 and the tank was full. Mr. Grad would have put down stain line was <br /> above the pipe or something. The leaching was full. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the request for an extension to inspect <br /> and repair this system if necessary thirty days from today's date.
