Grady concurred and added that than was the board's intention. <br /> Mr. Anderson re-iterated that that was totally prohibited by the Federal <br /> government now. No one could give then away. so it you are trying to <br /> solve that problem it has already been accomplished. <br />:a. Mr. Farrington interjected that they do have free promotions such as buy <br /> one get one free. They do still offer those promotions, which are now <br /> prohibitive by our regulation, not by anyone else's rules or regulations. <br /> Mr. Anderson asked who was doing that. <br /> AAs. Grady stated that It was covered under the fact that under no <br /> circumstances could the sale of the cigarettes be under the state <br /> minimum. <br /> Mr. Anderson countered with the state has clarified that they could sell <br /> state minimum for each pack. <br /> Mr. Farrington interjected that it was for each pack but not as a free <br /> 19 <br />
