requesting those variances in an effort to avoid having to do those things. <br /> They could certainly make it a condition by re-stating our own regulations. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the variances as requested in the <br /> stenbeck & Taylor letter dated March 711, 2003. The variance would <br /> eliminate the need for ar denitrification system and a 1000-gallon grease <br /> trap. This conditional approval that requires the owner to install both a <br /> denitrification system and a 1000-gallon grease trap if any change in the <br /> flow (over 660 GPD) or deli menu warrant it. This evening he was present to <br /> request from the board a variance to establish an outdoor eating <br /> restaurant. <br /> Ms. Warden interrupted Mr. Bevacqua to explain to the board that he <br /> already had both a food establishment permit and a catering permit. <br /> Mr. Bevacqua would like to establish in the parking let across from the <br /> management office of the Commons to take up approximately 24,000 <br /> square feet, put in an 81 x. 241 mobile kitchen unit with all outdoor seating <br /> searing basic food including steamed lobster, steamers, burgers dogs and <br /> steak tips. <br /> FIs. Warden asked him what the dates would be. <br /> Mr. Bevacqua responded that he would run It everyday from June through <br /> Labor Day and weekends through Columbus Day. <br />-' FIs. Warden asked him to tell the board about the seating. <br /> Mr. So Vacqua responded that he was thinking about picnic tables. <br /> Ms. Warden asked if this was going to a covered facility. <br /> Mr. Bevacqua responded that it was going to be in the open. He might try do some tyke of <br /> trellis system, which would provide cover for either shade or foul weather. <br /> If it were really bad he would most likely be closed for the day. <br /> Mr, Harrington asked if Mr. Bevacqua had received his message regarding <br /> the mobile units <br /> 4 <br />
