i IIs. Grady pointed out that they have ten days from the receipt of the letter, It just doesn't mn from the date of this hearing. Ms, Warden agreed with Ms, Crady's point. Mr. Ball suggested that Mrs McEntee not go any further with the plan until they found out what was going to ultimately happen. He had pct the ball in his lap. Mr., McEntee noted that this was fanny because it was the one job that he took without going to look at it beforehand. He felt bad for the shields. Ills* Warden stated that they were all headed for failure over there* Mr. McEntee agreed and added that it was just a nutter of timing. If the abutters were not summer residents they would probably be in the same predicament. Ms. Warden added that the elderly occupant of the home was originally b herself. Then more family moved in. It makes a significant difference. Ms. Grady made a motion to continue this until abutter notification as noted above, Mr,, Ball seconded the notion. The motion passed. . Definitive subdivision Plan Approval Kirsner--Irrevocable_Trust Mr, Ball asked Mrs Harrington if he had had a chance to review the pleas. Mr. Harrington responded that they had previously reviewed this plan. Ms. Grady remembered a preliminary plan for review and approval in the past. Aa Mr, Harrington Mated that they have had a definitive plan before them for approval in the past. However, they were changing this again, Hewasn't sure why* He spoke to Mr. Smith in planning. Hewasn't sure why either. There was still an office and retail facility proposed for this property. As far as the plans themselves they were okay. He had not seem any changes as to ghat was proposed. .V Ills.
