But, he was under the impression <br /> that they were going to repair this in some type of timely manner, <br /> Ms. Warden responded that she felt they were probably putting <br /> association money away to replace this pool. <br /> Mr. Harrington asked if Mr, Santos wanted the board to request that the <br /> association provide the board with a timetable for the actual permanent <br /> replacement of the pool. <br /> Mr, Santos agreed that that was what he wanted from them. He had no <br /> problem at all with the variance request. It was just like anything else. <br /> They usually like to set some type of timetable when they request ti <br /> ' something like this. - <br /> Mr, Harrington confirmed that they request some type of timetable or <br /> F <br /> schedule for the upgrade or repair of the pool. <br />,y <br />'I <br /> Mr. Santos made a motion to approve this variance request with the <br /> condition that the association provide the board with a timetable for the <br /> eirentual upgrade or repair of the pool. Ms, Grady seconded the motionO <br /> Motion passed. <br /> Variance request- Peter Mahler, 19 redwood circle <br />{' Mr, Harrington noted that he met Mr. Bortolotti out at the site in order to <br /> do an emergency certification. The board had signed off on the emergency <br /> certification at the last board meeting, They also discussed that there <br /> was a well on the property. Mr. Mahler is requesting that he be able to <br /> maintain that well because it is new, However, per the board"s regulation, <br /> which he submitted to Mr. Kahler when he came to the board before he <br /> put his property on the market. The board even at that point made it a <br /> condition that he had to sign an affidavit requiring a hook up to town <br /> water within 60 days. He even provided a copy of the affidavit to Mr. <br /> Norman of Bortolotti's to give to Mr. I+ abler. Mr. l+ ahl r had been made <br /> aware on several accounts. He did request this in writing to be put on the <br /> agenda. Mr, Harrington tried to let him know in advance that he was going <br /> to be on the agenda, He called him several times and his lime was busy. •�=r� _.. <br /> 4 <br />
