Mr. Ball added that as it was this was level with the topography, <br /> IIs. Lewis noted that she understood that, <br /> Mr. sani ki asked if she was saying that they were not being responsible. <br /> Ms. Lewis interjected that she has not seen a design. <br /> Mr. sani ki noted that they had a design to correct a property. <br /> Ms. Lewis stated that she hadn't had her engineer or lawyer look at it, <br /> Quite frankly she didn't know that this was a design that would net impact <br /> her property negatively. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that he would close it off to the public and have a <br /> discussion before the vote* He understood the abutters concerns. But, he <br /> understood the board's concerns too. He would feel comfortable if he <br /> added another six-inch berm on the other side of the lot with this system. <br /> He didn't feel that it was necessary for him to go up another foot. He <br /> didn't have a problem granting that variance to four-feet, He asked Mr, <br /> Harrington if the old Title V was four-feet. It used to be four-feet, The <br /> deepwater perks allowed therm to perk right into water, The bean or <br /> whatever they were proposing on this sides He would like to see it on this <br /> side too. <br /> Mrs sani ki agreed with this recommendation and noted that he could just <br /> add it to the plan, <br /> Mr. Ball stated that the run-off would go this way.
