Members Present: Steven R. Ball, MaryRose Grady, Glen E. Harrington and Veronica A, Marden NEIN BUSINESS 1. Sign warrants. Warrants signed. . Variance Request -To install irrigation well in restricted area at 196 Wheeler Road: Mr. Harrington began by starting that Mr. Eliadi, the owner, of 1.9Wheeler Road, Mr. Eliadi got Desmond well drillers to come down and pull a permit. They were then told at that time that Wheeler Road was in a restricted area as far as the use of potable or irrigation well water. The owner called up and asked homer he could get around this issue. Mr. Harrington advised him that he would have to request a variance for the board to make a decision that was oppose of the regulation that is in place. Mr. Ball asked where his well would be located. Mr. Harrington proceeded to locate the well for Mr. Ball and Ms. Grady. There is a monitoring well that the base actually monitors. He was just unable to find any results for it. They base has shown that the plume has shrunk and moved to the east. He was not within the plume's path. Ms. Warden added that there was a test well in that area. Mr. Harrington agreed that there was a test well on the homeowner's lot. Mr. Ball asked if he had seen any results from that welt. Mr. Harrington was unable to find any results for this well. He was unsure how the base was marking the determination that the line had receded when they didn't test that Nell* He was unable to find any results; Mr. Ball asked if Ms. Warden remembered when they put town water in the Wheeler load area.
