Mr. Harrington asked hove 'many employees he had that would need <br /> training. <br /> Mr. Kogut responded that he probably had around 1 r 12. <br /> Mr. Harrington didn't want to set to long a period of time. He didn't want <br /> to lose the summer. He would like them to be trained for at least the bulk <br /> of the summer. <br /> Mr. Sall noted that this would be continued until the next meeting. He <br /> made a motion to require the owner to have a contract in place to repair <br /> the floor by the following meeting scheduled for o . . . A copy of the <br /> servsafe certification for the appropriate employee will be faced to the <br /> BOH by 4:30 PM the next day or the board will issue a $300.00 fine on <br /> daily basis until receipt of the information. All employees will be sery a e <br /> certified with the exception of the dishwashers. Ms. Grady seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Robert Bateman -Title V Violation Hearin - 96 Algonquin <br /> Avenue <br /> Mr. Harrington presented Mr. Bateman with a letter from Mr. Wheeler of <br /> the building department. <br /> Mrs, Bateman asked if they had received that in the mail, <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that she had not received it yet. it was going to <br /> be sent certified mail. He was also going to note in the file that it was <br /> hand delivered to Mr. Bateman at this meeting,' <br /> Mr. Ball began by stating that he wasgoing to have Mr. Harrington fill the <br /> board in on the current situation. Thea he would open it up to public <br /> discussion. <br /> Mr. Harrington began by stating that:the BOH was made aware that there <br /> was a kennel that was being operated at 96 Algonquin Avenue. When the <br /> information that was being provided to them identified the dogs a "blue" <br /> American Staffordshire Terriers known as Notorious BlueKennels", The <br /> board had some information that was pulled off of the Internet, MGL <br /> states that once you have more than four dogs you are a Kennel. There <br /> was a design flow in Title V of 50 GPO associated with being a kennel. Mr. <br /> Bateman who owns the property cane before therm for a nitrogen " <br /> aggregation re ation plan for this property. It was 5500 square feet. He had to <br /> purchase another property that was 18,000 square feet and set it aside as <br /> conservation land to get nitrogen credit to make this a buildable property. <br /> 15 <br />
