H <br /> thein asked Mr. Harrington if there was anything else. <br /> Mr. Harrington responded that that was it at this point in time. He was <br /> unsure if there was an answer available at this point in time because <br /> other boards were involved at various levels. <br /> Mr. Ball asked it they would be making a decision to early in the process* <br /> Mr* Harrington responded that they needed to address it. But, he wasn't <br /> sure ultimately what the final outcome would be because the other boards <br /> could do lots of hemming and hawing. But, ultimately another board may <br /> take care of it and say that there wasn't much they could do. Or they may <br /> not be allowed to maintain their facility. <br /> Mr. Bateman interjected that when the time came to decide they were <br /> willing to comply if they could. <br /> Mr. Ball wanted to know what they could accomplish tonight-'title 1 that <br /> was it <br /> Ir, Harrington responded that they would have to either r aiintain their <br /> order or modify it in some wayd <br /> Mr. Ball asked how they would life to modify this. <br /> Mr, Harrington responded that they could maintain the cease and desist <br /> until the issue has been resolveds <br /> Mr. Ball as ]� <br /> iced if the wrere waiting for the Title V or the other <br /> departments to be resolved* <br /> Ms. Warden stated that there were certain issues such as when the tax <br /> collector didn't want therm to sign off on things when there are takes <br /> owed. She felt that this was the same type of situation* It was working in <br /> cooperation with other departments She felt that they would have t <br /> cease and desist until the proper regulatory authority had permitted the <br /> kennel. They could just give therm a time frame to resolve the Title V <br /> 1 <br />
