Harrington didn't believe that was correctm He wouldn't have included <br /> puppies if there was an exception. He began to review his packet of <br /> information and then asked Ills* Daley if she had the packet he had given <br /> her regarding the MGL. <br /> Ms, Daley responded that she dict not have it with her. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he had it clown that the puppies were included <br /> under MCL. But, he would have to check on it. <br /> Mrs. Bateman stated that when the Animal Rescue League of Boston <br /> cane to inspect their property. They told her that it was only adult dogs <br /> and puppies. Puppies under six months of age were not included, she did <br /> not see it in writing. <br /> IVIS. Grady thought that they didn't have to be licensed until they were six <br /> months old. Right? <br /> Ms. Daley responded that they had to be licensed at three-months old. <br /> Ms. Clancy stated that the puppies were only them for eight weeks and <br /> then they were gone. <br /> Mr. Ball stated that they would have to investigate and confirm that <br /> information, They needed to move on. <br /> Ms. Clancy asked when they would be able to speak. <br /> Mr. Ball replied that they could jump in at any time now. <br /> Mrs. Bateman stated that when the girls lived in a IVlashpee condominium <br /> they had a couple of dogs, she had asked her husband if he could build a <br /> house for then, They all called the Mashpee town hall before they bought <br /> the land or agreed to anything. They asked if there was a limit because <br /> they didn;t want to get into this position. It was the last thing that they <br /> +ranted. They did call the building department. But, they didn't call the <br /> health department because they didn't believe it was a health issue. They <br /> called the zoning boarde No one told them that there was any limit. <br /> Mr. Bateman interjected that they in fact said that there was no limit and <br /> no kennel license, <br /> 19 <br />
