They were struggling to get this shack going. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that the cheese for the nachos was pretty close to <br /> potentially hazardous waster <br /> Mr. Santos stated that the boosters had a water tank and sanitier. <br /> Mr. Santos trade a motion to deny the request to waive the fee.
