He <br /> stated that the purpose of the hearing was a request for a Title V variance <br /> for a SAS, which will be fine-feet from the neighbors property line. The <br /> Robert Mennuci Trust, 485 Westgate Drive, Brockton, ILIA, owns the <br /> property. They have notified therm by certified mail of this meeting tonight. <br /> This was an addition to an existing dwelling that has five-bedrooms in it. <br /> Some of the bedrooms were going to be switched around so that there <br /> would be a total of sic-bedrooms. There were going to install a <br /> denitrification system, they've through the conservation Commission,sion, the <br /> BA for the zoning relief that was required of this particular project. The <br /> BOH was their last stop. Mr. Harrington had seen the plan earlier, Mr, <br /> Harrington provided there with his recommendations, They incorporated <br /> those recommendations into the plan. He was not quite sure how the <br /> monitoring hole actually works. He asked the board if there was anyone <br /> else in turn that had done this. <br /> Mr. Harrington noted that someone was over foo GPD so that the <br /> denitrification system was required including a monitoring well. He stated <br /> that the Santuit Inn was doing that. They were using their existing well <br /> even though they are town water, They used the well that they had <br /> because it was clown grade. <br /> Mr, Slavinsky asked if it was quarterly testing. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that that was correct. <br /> F <br /> Mr. Slavinsky asked if it was just the standard county test. <br /> lr. Harrington replied that that was correct. He added that the plans <br /> looked good to hint. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if the variance they were requesting was located on the <br /> plan. <br /> Mr. Harrington confirmed that it was on the plan. <br /> Mr. Santos asked if they were going to do the waterproofing on the <br /> foundation. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky responded that it would be on the foundation and the <br /> concrete wall. He added that there was a hill next to the pawing of the <br /> road. When they install the system the bill was going to fall down because <br /> there would only be between 1811 to two-feet wide. It will disappear all in <br /> order to build it back they would have to install a gall. <br />
