r 7
Mr. Harrington added that he asked for the wall detail and the turn of the
wall on the roadside because breakout wasn't met. if they had just
extended the wall out straight and discussed the difference between the
five bedrooms and sic-bedrooms and the requirements for that. But,
otherwise they had done all of the things that they had discussed.
Mr. Santos noted that they were going to seal the foundation tee.
Mr. Harrington noted that that was correct.
Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the variance of 51 to the abutters
sideline for 51 sunset circle. This approval will include a lining for the
foundation and concrete wall. It will also include a denitrification system
with monitoring well and nitrogen testing quarterly for two years. Ms,
Grady seconded the motion, Motion passed.
. Variance Request - Septic, cape & islands Engineering Representing
190 I inigret Avenue
Mr. Harrington noted that he had it in his notes for requested variances
but he did not have the supportive paperwork, He also had additional
comments on it anyways in regards to how they determined groundwater:
Mr. Santos made a motion to continue this item on the agenda for the nett
meeting, ills. Grady seconded the motion, Motion passed.
. Request to Reduce I/A Monitoring -22 Beechwood Drive
Mr. Harrington began by stating that he had received a letter from Waste
Water Treatment Services, which is the company that completes the
operation and maintenance agreement for the FAST system at 22
Beechwood give. In looking at this file the board required the FAST
system because of variances to wells, Water has been provided to both
Beechwood and Forest Drive, which have two active wells, Actually there
are only two wells that are affected one above and one on the subject
property. If the subject property and the abutter can be connected up to
town grater the requirement would be eliminated.
Ms. Grady asked what their plans were.
Mr. Harrington stated that in looking at the plans he was more concerned
with the actual looking into reducing the types of monitoring. But, when
he reviewed the plan, he realized that it was because of the wells and not
because of Zone !I. They didn't have to meet their total nitrogen quarterly
for two years requirement. He thought that they could get rid of the FAST
system totally if those other conditions have been resolved.
3
