Mr. Harrington confirmed that they had an H2O septic tank and moves the
leaching 'I ' off of the northern property line. The reserve area will
ultimately be 121 x. 401, which will give them enough for the three-bedroom
reserve. That would maintain five-foot on the reserve that they are
showing there to the ether property line, Ultimately the reserve area i
net really required if this was a repair. But, ultimately they would like to
maintain that area or grant the variance that leaching be replaced upon
failure in the sane location.
Mr. Bail stated that they had done that before.
Mr. Harrington confirmed that that was correct.
Mr. Sanicki asked if they would rather that he didn't show any reserve.
They could just make that a stipulation of the approval.
Mr. Bali stated that with things that tight. He would probably like to see
that himself. They've done that before, if it fails you would just rip the
whole system up and replace everything.
Mr. Darrington added that in the overall picture it didn't matter much
because they were going to be losing that portion of driveway anyway , if
they were going to leave it where it was as proposed right now, He would
say, Yes, that would be fine,
Mr. Santos asked the Doughery's if they were satisfied with that decision.
Mr. Dougherty felt that they could still go with the shallow system if they
wanted to spend the extra money,
Mr. Harrington stated that it was a lot of extra money.
Mr. Dougherty asked how much extra it would be.
Mr. Sall stated that it would be between $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 more. If
this were new construction they would Make it a dentrification system.
Mr, Sanicki stated that if this had been new construction he wouldn't get
a permit.
Mrs. Dougherty wanted to make sure the bound was noted on the plan for
their records.
Mr. Ball made a motion to grant the variances requested, Zero feet from
the proposed soil absorption system and reserve to the street property
