S
i
Mr. Santos stated that now there would be problem with narrowing the
reserve. He wants to see the ten-foot especially with the abutters
concern. If there was any problem with that bound being one or two or
whatever it is. 1t was even more of a buffer zone depending on future
determinations, They shift the system over another five-feet and lengthen
the reserve?
Mr. Harrington stated that they could go forty-by-eleven or twelve with the
reserve.
Mr. Sanicki stated that they were asking him to change the design. He
would appropriately consider it, sure,
Mr. Harrington stated that that would ultimately go from 201 wide to 121
wide. He was picking up eight-feet that way and going to 401 long with the
reserve.
Mr. Santos stated that they were maintaining this and still goes to a zero
to Iinigret.
Mr. Harrington agreed and Mated that that was correct. But, they could go
from the street line up to the tank. That would get them 401 and leaves
then room for the reserve.
Ills. Warden asked if they had measured that distance.
Mr. Sanicki asked if they were changing this, He wouldn't change this.
Mr. Harrington said that they weren't changing that. They were re-
configuring the reserve. They would only have to move the main system
over five-feet to get the ten, But, they would pick up eight-feet by
narrowing the reserve. He would still have room.
Mr, Santos fejt that Mr. Sanicki did a great job maintaining maximum
distance from the pond, which was their big concern.
Mr. Harrington noted that they ► ere going to lose a portion of their drive
to come five more feet over.
Mr. Sanicki stated that he would be honest with them. When he carne up
with this thing putting it in as dead center. He could open the door and
got out to the car. They were not going to be mile to do that now. The wall
was going to be right up to the paved driveway. They were going to have a
little problem. They were only leaving twenty-feet in the driveway,
ay,
Mr. Bail didn't think they could do it any other way.
