Mr. Coors was happy with it also. They needed
an approval of the plans as submitted. Then they could write their
approval letter and subunit it to the DEP.
Mr. Santos made a motion to approve the plane for Brickyard Marketplace
dated 07.28.03 as submitted to the board. Mr. Ball seconded the motion,
!Motion passed.
. Subdivision Plan Review- Spring Meadow Realty Trust
Mr. Ball asked if this had been in front of the beard before.
Ills. wardens stated that the applicant told her that it was a preliminary
plan. ft
Mr. Harrington began by stating that this was located in the triangle
between Fite 130 and cotuit Road,, right in the north corner.
Ills. However, what struck him
on this plant that there turas an approved subdivision plan for this with all
of these tiny little properties. It was all in Zone ll. They were going to put
condominiums in there at some point. They were going to be over 600
CCPD. The board would be looking for a denitrification system.
Mr. Ball asked if there was going to be a condominium in each lot.
Mr. Harrington responded that he thought a portion of it was going to be
B. There was definitely going to be apartments.
Mr. Santos stated that the dotted line was the proposed subdivision. They
basically have no road other than this little driveway. Everything else
cane off Rte 130 and cotuit Road*
Mr. Harrington noted that that was why Lot 3 was unbuildable right now,
ICAs. Warden added that this was two acre zoning.
Mr. Santos asked if they were going to put single-family houses on these
lots.
1
