They could then go into an executive <br /> session and discuss it. He thought that that was one of the rules of <br /> executive session. If there was possible litigation against the beard they <br /> could go into executive session to discuss it. Then they would make a <br /> formal decision in the public format. <br /> Ms. Warden stated that she was questioning your conscience type thing. <br /> She just wanted to male her point. She was going to go on the record that <br /> she was against this. <br /> Mr, Ball interrupted Ms. Warden and stated that they already knew her <br /> position in this matter* <br /> IVIS. Warden interrupted Mr. Ball and stated that he was not letting her <br /> finish. She wanted to just say something. <br /> Mr. Ball interrupted her and told her to say it and then they would move <br /> on,. <br /> IVIS. Warden felt that they should be able to determine what is best for <br /> someone's benefit was not to be discussed on public television, The man <br /> has a mental illness. She didn't think they should be providing the <br /> information to the public. They told the public that he had a mental <br /> illness, that he defecated in the house and the home was open. This <br /> wasn't necessary for public knowledge, Granted it was public knowledge, <br /> but they didn't have to bring it out into the open, Those kinds of <br /> circumstances dictate that type response, She didn't care about the <br /> restaurants. The restaurants deserve what they got if they aren't sticking <br /> to the food code etc. To have these kind of situations arise where do you <br /> draw the line, Her opinion and she will Mate for the record that she was <br /> totally against this type of situation as it arises because she did not think <br /> it was fair or just to the individual. <br /> Mr, Harrington felt that if they had the aright to go into executive session if <br /> they were going to discuss someone's physical or mental capacities, They <br /> didn't discuss this gentleman's disability. They just merely stated that he <br /> 1 <br />
